BeOne, a global oncology company, seeks a Regional Clinical Operations Leader to drive study delivery and inspection readiness across the region. You will lead the regional team and external vendors, coordinating with feasibility and regulatory teams to ensure timelines and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include oversight of start-up, recruitment, site selection, and TMF QC, along with quality improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma or CRO industry.
• Proven experience leading regional clinical operations teams.
• Experience with external vendors for regional study delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the regional clinical operations team and external partners.
• Ensures regional study delivery aligns with global timelines and budgets.
• Manages feasibility, site selection, start-up, recruitment, and TMF QC.
• Maintains inspection readiness and regulatory compliance across the region.
