Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Lead Riding Team Lead to oversee multi-disciplinary technical projects onboard vessels and during drydocks. You will plan, deploy, and supervise riding teams, coordinating with shipboard and shoreside staff to ensure timely, safe maintenance and upgrades.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture and 15+ years in technical/HVAC operations on ships, with strong regulatory knowledge and leadership experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in technical/HVAC operations onboard ships or cruise industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and class society rules.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and scheduling of riding teams for annual and drydock works.
  • Coordinate with Technical Superintendents, shipboard staff and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure teams are trained, equipped, and certified for their areas.
  • Oversee safety, regulatory compliance and quality across remote and onboard work.
