Clarivate Plc seeks a Director, ServiceNow & IT Tool Strategy to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of the enterprise IT tooling ecosystem. You will oversee ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related platforms, guiding a team of product owners and architects to drive efficiency and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in IT service management, strong ITIL expertise, and hands-on budget and change leadership experience to enable scalable platform transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in IT service management and tooling.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL practices including incident, problem, change, and asset management.
• Experience managing and optimizing enterprise IT platforms and tooling; ServiceNow preferred.
• ServiceNow certifications and ITIL certification are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a ServiceNow and IT tools strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead multiple product owners and architects to ensure platform reliability and upgrade readiness.
• Manage budgets, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization across IT tooling.
• Partner with CIO and business functions to ensure compliance and value delivery.
