Job summary

AMD is seeking a strong technical leader to head the Server Platform & Systems Engineering Validation team. You will collaborate with Silicon Designers, Firmware, Core Functional Validation, Software, and Customer Engineering to define and deliver validation for next-generation EPYC server CPUs and data center products.

You will drive test planning, execution, and cross-team coordination, shaping validation strategy from pre-silicon through production, and mentor senior staff to build

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in silicon and system validation with leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead managers and technical leaders and grow teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Server Platform & Systems Engineering Validation team across cross-functional groups (Silicon Designers/Architects, Firmware, Core Functional Validation, Software, Customer Engineering).
• Drive validation strategy from system level planning to post-silicon bring-up and production.
• Elevate test methodologies, enable scalable validation, and push innovation across teams.
