Job summary

AMD seeks a technical leader for Server Platform and Systems Validation to guide cross-functional teams across Silicon Designers, Firmware, Core Functional Validation, Software and Customer Engineering to bring next-generation EPYC server CPUs to market.

The role requires extensive silicon and system validation experience, proven leadership of managers, and the ability to scale validation through new methodologies.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Silicon and System validation.
• Experience leading managers and technical teams.
• Strong HW/FW/SW integration knowledge.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to scale validation methodologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Server Platform and Systems Validation teams.
• Collaborate with Silicon Designers, Firmware, Core Functional Validation, Software and Customer Engineering.
• Own validation planning from system level to silicon bring-up and production.
• Develop and mentor senior engineers and managers, driving innovation and scale.
