Discovered Labs is a remote SEO and AEO agency partnering with global B2B SaaS clients. You will lead a team of analysts and strategists, owning client health, delivery standards and revenue retention for the department.

You will improve delivery methods, build scalable playbooks, train the team weekly, and ensure high-quality client communications while driving outcomes across content, technical and off-page SEO.

About the role

Discovered Labs is an SEO and AEO agency that partners with global B2B SaaS clients. You will lead a team of analysts and strategists, owning client health, delivery standards and revenue retention for the department.

What you'll do

• Improve delivery methodology and create scalable playbooks for SEO and AEO work
• Set and maintain delivery standards, QA processes, and client communications
• Coach and train the team weekly and oversee performance development plans
• Own net revenue retention and monitor client health, spotting risks early
• Build talent pipelines, run structured interviews, and onboard new analysts
• Collaborate with product and engineering to build tools and workflows

• Experience formally managing SEOs with evidence of improved performance
• Strong practical SEO judgement across content, technical and off-page work
• Proven ability to drive client business outcomes through SEO decisions
• Ability to define requirements and acceptance criteria for delivery improvements
• Excellent written and verbal English and availability for a GMT-overlapping day
• Leadership experience in high-visibility client-facing roles
