Job summary

Omniscient Digital is seeking a senior leader to drive the AEO and SEO practice across the agency. You will own the department strategy, grow the team, and shape delivery to maximize revenue and client impact.

You will hire and coach leaders, own KPIs and P&L, while expanding Omniscient's market presence as the preferred AEO partner for B2B software companies leveraging generative AI.

• 7+ years in SEO and organic growth with hands-on AEO work.
• Commercially-minded, AI-native, and experienced leading multi-level teams.
