Superhuman is hiring a Head of Product Marketing, Self-Serve Growth to shape how individuals discover, adopt, and expand usage of the Superhuman suite. You’ll drive strategy, audience insights, and go‑to‑market motions across the customer journey.

You’ll lead a team of product marketers, collaborating with Growth, Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, and PMMs to translate insights into scalable growth programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Marketing or Growth, including people leadership.
• Experience at a B2C SaaS or PLG company.
• Proven track record building product marketing teams.
• Expertise in audience segmentation, positioning, and GTM strategy.
• Strong storytelling and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Set product marketing strategy for self-serve growth across acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion.
• Develop audience insights and segment markets to inform GTM motions.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales and PMMs to align roadmaps.
• Own audience and use‑case roadmap for multi‑product marketing initiatives.
• Define friction points and create opportunities for deeper engagement and expansion.
• Establish operating model with cross-functional PMMs and clear ownership.
• Create measurement framework using activation, conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team.
