Job summary

Hollywood Casino Columbus is seeking a seasoned Security Director to lead the department, set strategic goals, and safeguard guests and assets. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance while driving safety standards across the property.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of security or police leadership, with strong communication, incident reporting, and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five+ years in Security with leadership preferred.
• Strong writing and reporting skills, plus good organizational abilities.
• Experience in risk management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall operations and staff of the Security department.
• Develop and manage goals; monitor performance and profit objectives.
• Ensure scheduling aligns with regulatory staffing and guest service goals.
• Coordinate with Risk Management on emergency procedures and incidents.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and internal departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and enforce internal controls and standards.
