Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical background, proven leadership, and the ability to recruit and develop engineering talent while guiding cross-functional initiatives globally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large engineering teams.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity products or security-focused engineering programs is a plus.
• Ability to set and drive technical direction across multiple teams and domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of engineers delivering customer facing products.
• Partner with Product Management to define and execute a strategy and achieve audacious goals.
• Lead and mentor engineering managers and engineers across the organization.
• Work with peers around the world to drive cross organizational projects and develop best practices.
• Foster a culture that is results oriented without sacrificing curiosity, kindness, and empathy for customers and co-workers alike.
• Define metrics that guide the engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in your teams
