Job summary

Digital Harbor is seeking a highly hands-on Manager of Security Engineering to lead and evolve the security program across our SaaS platform, cloud infrastructure, and internal operations.

This role serves as the senior-most dedicated security leader within the organization and partners closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, Legal, and Operations to implement practical security solutions that enable product delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience embedding security into software product development processes.
• 6–9+ years in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or related fields.
• Experience securing modern SaaS products and cloud-native apps.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Balance security outcomes with engineering velocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature security engineering across product, cloud, and operations.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Leadership.
• Drive security-by-design across the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead threat modeling and architecture security reviews.
• Champion DevSecOps and automation to empower developers.
• Improve detection, response, and security posture.
• Mentor engineers and shape the security program as it scales.
