Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Engineering Director to lead the Security Products Engineering group. You will oversee multiple teams delivering customer-facing cybersecurity products, defining strategy with Product, and mentoring engineering leaders across the organization.

You will collaborate with global peers to drive cross-organizational projects, establish metrics, and promote a culture of curiosity, kindness, and customer focus while aligning with company goals.

• Foster a culture that is results oriented without sacrificing curiosity, kindness, and empathy for customers and co-workers alike.
• Define metrics that guide the engineering teams.
