Qualifications

• 10+ years in security and software engineering.
• 3+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience in AWS or similar cloud environments at scale.
• Deep knowledge of application security, cloud-native architecture, OAuth/OIDC/SAML.
• Strong ability to communicate risk and security rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience shipping internal security tools.
• Fluent in using AI tools and understanding AI risk.

Responsibilities

• Build security by construction across products and infrastructure.
• Own security engineering roadmap with high-velocity delivery.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed security requirements.
