United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Director of Security Engineering in San Francisco to lead our Security Engineering organization in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role centers on translating security strategy into scalable technical solutions, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-impact security initiatives with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Formación

• 10+ years in security and software engineering.
• 3+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience in AWS or similar cloud environments at scale.
• Deep knowledge of application security, cloud-native architecture, OAuth/OIDC/SAML.
• Strong ability to communicate risk and security rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience shipping internal security tools.
• Fluent in using AI tools and understanding AI risk.

Responsabilidades

• Build security by construction across products and infrastructure.
