The role emphasizes leadership in a regulated environment, collaboration with engineering and IT, and leveraging AI-assisted automation to scale impact and reduce response times.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in security operations with 3+ years leading technical teams in regulated environments.
• Proven track record in incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
• Strong background with EDR, SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, and vulnerability scanners; capable of automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a security operations team with a culture of technical excellence.
• Oversee implementation and operation of security tools across the organization.
• Manage major security incidents and communicate with executives and stakeholders.
• Define metrics and playbooks to mature detection and response programs.
• Leverage AI and automation to scale threat detection and response.
