Job summary

6sense seeks a Senior Manager of Security Engineering to lead a distributed team across the United States and India. You will own vulnerability operations, infrastructure security, and application security while enabling rapid product delivery with strong risk controls.

In this cloud-native AI SaaS environment, you will partner with product, engineering, and privacy teams to embed security into planning and delivery, drive mature secure development practices, and communicate risk to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information security, with product/app security, cloud security, vulnerability management, or security engineering.
• 3+ years leading security engineering teams, including management of distributed or cross-region teams.
• Experience building security programs in cloud-native SaaS environments, preferably AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead security engineering across United States and India, with clear ownership and performance standards.
• Own AI and product security strategy from design through production, including threat modeling and secure development practices.
• Oversee Vulnerability Operations, Infrastructure Security, and Application Security with measurable risk reduction.
