Job summary

You will champion the use of AI and automation to creatively solve complex security challenges and improve SecEng operations.

You will mentor engineers, design robust security architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in network security or security engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing security architectures.
• 3 years of experience managing and leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Security Engineering team, providing technical oversight and strategic direction.
• Architect and implement robust security controls to protect GFiber's core network infrastructure.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation creatively to solve complex security problems and streamline SecEng operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with other engineering and operations teams to embed security best practices across the organization.
