Job summary

Archy, a Dallas-based Series C dental SaaS company, is hiring a Sales Development Manager to lead a distributed SDR team and scale outbound growth for our cloud-based dental practice platform. You will mentor reps, refine playbooks, and partner with Marketing and Executive teams to optimize messaging and cadences.

You will drive pipeline targets, implement AI-enhanced workflows, and maintain a high-energy remote culture while coordinating with remote SDRs nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience managing a team of SDRs/BDRs in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coach reps across the spectrum and uplift underperformers.
• Mandatory background in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies and modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a nationwide team of remote SDRs with 1:1s, calls, and roleplays.
• Own SDR profile, playbooks, and cadences; continuously refine outreach strategies.
• Own the team’s pipeline targets and guide cadence-based outreach across calls and multi-touch emails.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership on ICPs, messaging, and lead routing.
• Leverage AI tools, HubSpot, and sales engagement platforms to optimize workflows.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly activity and forecast pipeline; report KPIs.
