Job summary

Crestline Exempted Village School District is seeking a Director of Physical Facilities to lead the facilities/maintenance department, ensuring safe, efficient operation of buildings, grounds and systems in Crestline, Ohio.

The role oversees planning, inspections, budgeting and coordination with principals, vendors and the district’s athletic program, while enforcing safety regulations and preventative maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education or certs desired.
• Experience in facilities management in educational settings preferred.
• CDL with school transportation endorsement; HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the facilities/maintenance department.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of buildings, grounds and systems.
• Manage department budget and coordinate with Athletic Department.
• Coordinate outside vendors and preventive maintenance programs.
