Catallia Mexican Foods is seeking an experienced Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation activities at the Eagan, MN facility, ensuring top environmental and food safety compliance. Qualifications

• 5+ years of sanitation experience in the food industry.
• Experience leading sanitation program development and change management.
• Ability to train and supervise staff in sanitation practices.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, OSHA and food safety requirements.
• Proven ability to interact with internal/external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation program development and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage Master Sanitation Schedule and SSOP adherence.
• Lead and develop sanitation staff and optimize pest control programs.
• Coordinate audits (FDA, SQF, CFS, MDA, others) and respond to findings.
• Communicate sanitation processes and corrective actions to auditors.
