Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the USA team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring market share growth.
  2. Manage cash flow for both sell-in and sell-out.
  3. Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with company goals.
  4. Establish and report on performance metrics; address deficiencies.
  5. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, expanding from 3 to 50 salespeople.
  6. Foster a positive, innovative, and collaborative work environment.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Experience managing over $100M USD in revenue.
  2. Management experience with 30+ B2B salespeople.
  3. Ability to scale operations rapidly.
  4. Proven senior management experience, such as US head of sales or Regional Sales Director in the security industry.
  5. Strong network within the security industry.
  6. Deep understanding of industry dynamics and client needs.
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Successful track record in developing and implementing business strategies.
  9. Experience working in cross-functional matrix teams.
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  11. Willingness and ability to travel.
  12. Results-driven with initiative and responsibility.
  13. Highly motivated and proactive.
  14. Professional, reliable, ethical, and well-presented.
