Our client is a leading fintech company based in the USA. They are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to spearhead their revenue growth, expand market penetration, and drive strategic sales initiatives.


Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable sales strategy that aligns with our client’s business goals. This role requires deep expertise in SaaS sales and Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong background in SaaS
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
  • Background in enterprise or institutional sales, with a strong network in banking, payments, or digital assets.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth in high-growth, tech-driven companies.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, forecasting, and automation.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with global teams and cross-functional departments in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition across global markets.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise, institutional, and B2B sales.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to track pipeline development, forecast revenue, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand our client’s footprint in fintech and crypto markets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain our client’s market leadership.
  • Spearhead enterprise sales negotiations, ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders in banks, financial institutions, and large-scale clients.
