One of our companies is currently looking for a Head of Sales in the United States.

This is a leadership opportunity for a seasoned sales executive to take charge of a high-growth sales organization in the rapidly evolving eCommerce technology space. As Head of Sales, you will own the development and execution of sales strategies, lead a dynamic team, and drive consistent revenue growth. This role requires strategic vision, strong team-building capabilities, and hands-on execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership to build long-term client relationships and scale the business. If you're passionate about eCommerce, data-driven sales, and leading with impact—this role is for you.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring performance targets and career development goals are met
  • Oversee revenue generation, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy
  • Continuously optimize sales workflows, tools, and reporting systems
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market efforts and strengthen the customer journey
  • Hire, onboard, and retain top-tier sales talent across the organization
  • Own and deliver on ambitious sales targets through structured planning and execution

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS or eCommerce
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing revenue teams
  • Strategic mindset combined with a data-driven, results-oriented execution style
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, particularly at the executive level
  • Familiarity with complex sales cycles, consultative selling, and enterprise-level deal management
  • Experience in eCommerce, AdTech, or MarTech is highly desirable
  • Strong adaptability and enthusiasm for working in fast-paced, evolving environments
