Job summary

Sayari is hiring for a Senior Manager, Sales Compensation Operations. You will own the variable compensation budget and monthly commission cycle in Everstage, reporting to the Sales Operations leader within Revenue Operations.

You’ll guide plan design, model changes, and ensure accurate payouts across payroll, the ledger, and related systems. You will partner with the CFO and CHRO, presenting data-driven recommendations to the Commissions Committee and leadership, and drive audit-ready, scalable

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales compensation, FP&A, or commercial finance at a technology company.
• Hands-on administration of an incentive compensation system.
• Experience running monthly payout cycles and reconciling to plan, payroll, and the ledger.
• Ability to present to executives and communicate pay decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the variable compensation budget and monthly cycle in Everstage.
• Advise the Commissions Committee and leadership on plan design and cost.
• Model changes including accelerators, caps, SPIFFs, and quotas.
• Ensure audit readiness and maintain plan documents and dashboards.
• Reconcile payouts and maintain data integrity across systems.
