Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior leader to head Sales for Canada. You will translate global priorities into a clear local growth plan, drive the Canada P&L, and align cross-functional partners to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

You will manage executive relationships with retailers and partners, tailor the portfolio and go-to-market for Canada (including Quebec), and lead a high-performing team across marketing, ecommerce, supply chain, and operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive business leadership experience.
• Proven success as Head of Sales/ Country Manager with full P&L responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of the Canadian consumer-products landscape.
• Experience leading branded consumer products across retail, ecommerce, and DTC.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Full professional fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Canada strategy and P&L; deliver revenue, margin, and profitability commitments.
• Accelerate profitable growth across SharkNinja’s brands, channels, and partnerships.
• Define priorities, pricing, and promotional strategy for the NA sales org in Canada.
• Lead executive relationships with national/regional retailers, marketplaces, and distributors.
• Localize assortment, launch calendar, pricing, and channel approach for Canada.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver the Canada plan end-to-end.
