Informa is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales, Account Management to lead retention-focused growth for CPHI and WHX Miami in the Orlando office. You will build high-performing teams, drive customer lifetime value, and manage budgets and CRM-driven performance.

The role centers on long-term relationships, cross-selling, and revenue expansion across pharma and healthcare sectors within the Informa Markets portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of B2B sales with proven revenue achievement.
• Proven retention and revenue targets while growing wallet share.
• Expertise in customer lifecycle management, cross-selling, and upselling.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop retention strategies to maximize wallet share and customer lifetime value.
• Partner with Exhibition Directors to align sales strategies with event vision.
• Leverage insights to refine strategies and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns for loyalty and retention.
• Create tailored solutions to meet evolving client needs and sustain partnerships.
• Identify and mitigate revenue risks from competition and market shifts.
