It offers tools for data-driven insights into learner engagement and device usage across Google Workspace for Education.

Role Overview

Hāpara is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead the K-12 sales team, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong sales leadership experience in the K-12 edtech sector, with a proven ability to mentor teams and scale sales operations. This is a fully remote position, requiring residence and full work authorization in the US.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
  3. Monitor market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with product and customer success teams.
  5. Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
  6. Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  7. Manage pipeline development and CRM systems.
  8. Analyze sales metrics to improve conversion and revenue.
  9. Promote standardized sales methodologies for scalability.
  10. Ensure effective cross-department communication and customer insights sharing.
Qualifications
  1. Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS K-12 education market.
  2. Successful sales leadership experience in edtech.
  3. Proven ability to grow and lead high-performing sales teams.
  4. Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace; familiarity with other sales tools is a plus.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
