• Proven ability to build, develop, and lead safety teams.

• Ability to translate executive direction into actionable safety strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the company's overall safety function.
• Establish the organizational structure, standards, processes, and expectations for a world-class safety program.
• Lead and mentor Safety Managers while recruiting additional safety personnel.
• Build a cohesive safety team across multiple divisions and locations.
• Partner with leadership to set safety priorities and execute them.
• Manage external safety resources and consultants.
• Establish consistent safety practices across operations.
• Drive accountability and a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Identify gaps in current safety practices and implement practical solutions.
• Develop scalable systems and processes to support growth.
• Serve as the senior safety authority for operational leadership.
