This hands-on leader will oversee safety across multiple divisions, focusing on reducing incidents, improving training, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and client requirements.

Qualificações

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• 2+ years safety management with preference for 5+ years.
• Direct site/crew safety program experience desired.
• Experience across multiple crews/divisions or locations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations (fall protection, confined spaces, heavy equipment).
• Experience with ISNetworld and Avetta customer safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the company-wide safety program across divisions and locations.
• Build a strong safety culture through engagement and accountability.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and verify corrective actions.
• Oversee fleet and driver safety for ~80 vehicles and analyze incidents.
• Lead incident investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop and coordinate safety training including OSHA standards and required certifications.
• Manage OSHA 300 logs and related safety documentation.
• Coordinate safety submittals to customers and maintain ISNetworld/Avetta compliance.
• Collaborate with division leadership to standardize safety practices across sites.
• Track risk, claims trends, and program performance for continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and accountability to build a scalable safety program.
