Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Director-level Manager of Technical Service (Ruminant Animal Health) to lead the North American ruminant technical service team. You will translate science into measurable customer value, oversee trials and field programs, and partner with Commercial and Regulatory teams to drive growth across dairy, beef, and forage segments.

Qualifications

PhD, DVM, or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
8+ years of experience in animal nutrition, animal health, technical services, research, consulting, or related industries.
5+ years of direct leadership experience coaching technical professionals.
Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.
Demonstrated success partnering with commercial teams to deliver customer value.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Service Specialists and SMEs.
Establish priorities and development plans aligned with business goals.
Develop and execute NA technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Product Management, and Innovation.
Provide executive-level technical support for strategic opportunities.
