Job summary

GDH is seeking a senior Reliability Leader to oversee asset reliability and rotating equipment performance in an industrial environment. You will guide reliability strategies, maintenance programs, and data-driven improvements while partnering with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

The role requires 10+ years in reliability or rotating equipment with leadership experience, and proficiency with CMMS (Maximo) to support asset management. Domestic travel and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in reliability/rotating equipment roles with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to guide RCA, PM programs, and reliability strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members with clear role expectations and feedback.
• Prioritize studies, troubleshooting, training, and projects based on safety and risk.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention while fostering collaboration.
