Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a Director - Mill Service Solutions to lead the Mill Service Solutions business for the Metals USA segment. You will align customer needs with product offerings, set strategy, and drive growth through commercial execution and expert engagement with customers at executive levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in industrial services, manufacturing, metals, or related commercial leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of rolling mill services, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the strategic product management of the Rolling Mill Services product segment in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Lead pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, and contract execution to support profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Operations to convert opportunities into orders and ensure successful execution.
• Develop and clearly communicate the Mill Service Solutions value proposition to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and report sales pipeline activity, forecasting accuracy, quotation activity, order intake, and market trends.
