Job summary

Cleo Robotics Inc. seeks a Head of Production to build and lead the production function for scalable drone hardware. You will start hands-on, assembling products, while architecting the systems, processes, and infrastructure to support growth and manufacturing at scale.

You will hire and mentor a production team, own output, quality, cost, and delivery, and drive lean manufacturing, supplier management, and documentation to support rapid, reliable production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hardware production or manufacturing experience.
• Experience in early-stage robotics/hardware startups.
• Strong hands-on ability to assemble and troubleshoot systems.
• Ability to work both at the bench and at the system level.
• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the production function from scratch.
• Own end-to-end production workflow (build - test - ship).
• Define production floor layout, tooling, and workstations.
• Establish lean manufacturing principles and quality checkpoints.
• Lead production planning, scheduling, and delivery against demand.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract manufacturers.
