Cleo Robotics is hiring a Head of Production to build and scale our production function from the ground up. You will start hands-on with assembly while shaping strategy, supplier development, and team building to enable scalable manufacturing.

Initially you’ll execute core production work, then lead a team with a focus on process optimization, quality, and on-time delivery as Cleo grows. Equity and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in hardware production, manufacturing, or complex system assembly.
• Experience in 0→1 or early-stage production environments (robotics, drones, aerospace, hardware startups).
• Strong hands-on builder able to assemble and troubleshoot systems directly.

Responsabilités

• Build and validate systems, establishing future build standards.
• Assemble full drone systems and subassemblies with precision.
• Perform soldering, wiring, integration, calibration, and system bring-up.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware systems.
• Design and implement end-to-end production workflow (build → test → ship).
• Define production floor layout, tooling, and workstations.
• Establish assembly line processes and throughput models.
• Create and maintain SOPs, guides, and test protocols.
• Ensure quality, traceability, and supplier continuity.
