Job summary

Fox Run at Orchard Park in St. Clairsville, OH, is recruiting a Director of Risk Management and Performance Improvement to lead loss prevention, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives at our 100-bed facility.

The role requires extensive clinical nursing experience in psychiatric inpatient settings, management experience, and strong communication. The successful candidate will partner with leadership to drive performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Five years clinical experience in a psychiatric in-patient facility.
• Three years management experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred, or other Master's Degree in a mental health related program preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loss control efforts and advise management on potential sources of loss; make recommendations to minimize exposure.
• Knowledge of hospital operations, risk identification, assessment and reduction, and claims management.
• Perform the Performance Improvement function related to patient care and quality data assessment.
