Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years clinical experience in a psychiatric inpatient facility.
• Three years management experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred, or Master’s Degree in a mental health related program preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loss control efforts and advise management on exposure to minimize risk.
• Apply knowledge of hospital operations, risk identification, assessment and reduction, and claims management.
• Conduct Performance Improvement activities related to patient care and quality data.
