Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Transmission Project Controls Risk Management and Earned Value Management (EVM) team. You will supervise Project Controls Analysts and Specialists, and develop procedures, dashboards and reports to manage risk and EVM performance across Transmission projects.

The role emphasizes KPI development, proactive risk mitigation, and compliance with corporate policies. The position is based in Hooksett, NH with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, IT, accounting, finance, business/management or related degree is required
• Equivalent experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree will be considered
• Advanced degree in related field is highly desirable
• Ten years of related experience required
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Experience in Utility and Energy Delivery is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Project Controls Analysts and Specialists.
• Develop and provide procedures, processes, tools, dashboards and reports for risk and EVM.
• Develop KPI’s for progress measurement and risk reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to align project controls with corporate goals.
