Job summary

Eversource Energy in Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling for Transmission. You will lead a regional team, develop baseline schedules, and oversee performance reporting across capital projects.

The role requires 10+ years in project controls with 5+ years of leadership, strong Primavera P6 expertise, and collaboration across engineering and procurement. Hybrid schedule with in-office requirements described.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of related experience with 5+ years supervising and/or leading teams.
• Experience using Primavera P6, Maximo, Ariba, eBuilder, Power BI and Excel.
• PMP desirable; willingness to travel MA/CT/NH as needed.

Responsibilities

• Builds and leads a dynamic team to meet department and strategic needs.
• Provides direction and coaching to the Planning & Scheduling Team.
• Evaluates team performance and training needs.
• Produces project schedules, cost reports, and performance tools.
• Maintains accurate, credible schedule status with key stakeholders.
• Monitors vendor schedule performance and coordinates with external vendors.
