This senior role within the Global Marketing department will oversee the RFP and data dissemination processes. Responsibilities include managing the RFP writers, ensuring consistency in product information, and participating in due diligence meetings with consultants and institutional investors. Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience required.
• FINRA series 7 license required; or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the RFP process at the firm.
• Manage Associates; train them on completing RFPs and on product knowledge.
• Review RFPs being submitted as needed.
• Interact with all departments across the firm to respond to product information questions.
• Participate in due diligence meetings with consultants and institutional investors.

Experience using RFPIO or similar RFP content management system

Excellent communication and writing skills
