Job summary

Stripe seeks a Head of Specialist Solutions Architecture for Revenue in the Americas. You will lead regional strategy, execution, and growth of the SSA organization supporting Stripe’s Revenue Suite.

Define engagement with customers around billing and revenue management, guiding them from discovery to value realization and expansion. You will build and develop a high-performing team of specialist architects, shaping operating models and cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Marketing,

Qualifications

10+ years in technical sales or customer-facing roles in enterprise technology.
5+ years building and scaling pre-sales or solutions architecture teams.
Strong track record partnering with sales on complex enterprise opportunities and tying technical strategy to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the AMER technical sales strategy for Stripe’s Revenue Suite.
Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team of specialist solutions architects.
Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize resources and shape territory and account strategies.
Establish repeatable engagement models and reference architectures for Billing, Revenue Recognition, and related solutions.
Advise executives and finance leaders on modernizing monetization and revenue-management architectures.
Guide strategic customers from discovery through design, validation, adoption and expansion.
Translate customer needs into actionable product and go-to-market insights.
