Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Head of Specialist Solutions Architecture for Revenue in the Americas. You will define regional strategy, build and lead a high-performing SSA team, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scale Stripe's Revenue Suite across the AMER region.

You will drive engagement models, advise on monetization architectures, and influence product direction while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical sales or customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years building pre-sales or solutions architecture teams.
• Proven success partnering with sales on enterprise opportunities.
• Deep understanding of monetization models and billing/revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the AMER technical sales strategy for Stripe's Revenue Suite.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing SSA team.
• Partner with Sales to prioritize resources and shape territory strategies.
• Establish engagement models and standards for Stripe Billing and Revenue Recognition.
• Advise executives on monetization architectures and go-to-market alignment.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product and engineering priorities.
• Represent Revenue SSA in leadership forums and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Shape go-to-market approach across AMER with regulatory awareness.
• Foster knowledge-sharing across AMER and global teams.
• Advance Stripe's thought leadership in billing and revenue management.
