Job summary

engine is seeking a senior analytics leader to direct a large analytics organization supporting Marketing, Sales, and Finance in a fast-growing travel and fintech environment. You will set the analytical agenda for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and financial planning while partnering with senior executives to build systems and talent for rigorous decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analytics, data analytics, or related function supporting commercial teams.
• 5+ years managing analytics teams, including managers.

Responsibilities

• Define the analytics vision, roadmap, priorities, and standards across Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
• Lead and develop a team of more than 15 analysts and managers, building leadership pipeline.
• Advise executives by turning data into clear recommendations for strategy, investment, and priorities.
• Guide analysis of acquisition, attribution, channel performance, lifecycle value, campaign ROI, forecasting, revenue, and cohorts.
• Build a scalable operating model covering intake, prioritization, governance, reporting standards, and QA.
• Partner with data and engineering teams to improve data models, tooling, self-service access, and analytics reliability.
