Qualifications

• 15+ years of data analytics/business intelligence experience, with at least 4 years in leadership or director roles.
• Experience leading global analytics teams in fast-growing companies.
• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise (Kimball/Inmon).
• Proven ability to integrate GenAI into analytics workflows.
• Deep Salesforce data modeling and revenue analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing data analytics team and drive data rigor and analytical excellence.
• Own revenue metrics reporting: ARR, Net ARR, ACV.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure data-informed decision making.
• Design scalable data models and maintain enterprise data warehousing.
• Oversee data governance and quality across BI platforms.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects to modernize BI infrastructure.
