Job summary

Concessions International Brand seeks a Head of Restaurant Technology to own the end-to-end technology stack across its airport and hospitality locations. This leader will define a forward-looking platform strategy, elevating guest experience while driving operational efficiency and scale.

Responsibilities include owning the guest-facing tech experience, managing a cross-functional team, and driving innovation from AI-driven ordering to IoT kitchen monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or retail tech.
• Proven ownership of POS platforms at scale (Oracle MICROS, Toast, NCR Aloha, PAX).
• Experience managing technology across 20+ locations in a multi-site or franchise environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year restaurant technology roadmap aligned to growth goals.
• Drive guest experience through tech, including digital menus, self-service kiosks, and mobile ordering.
• Lead planning, deployment, and rollout of restaurant-facing technology systems and integrations.
• Own lifecycle of connected devices across locations from procurement to decommission.
• Establish playbooks and standards for new openings and remodels; ensure security and compliance.
• Drive vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and govern SLAs.
