Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest seeks a Director of Respiratory Services to lead planning, coordination and delivery of care across age groups. You will oversee staffing, finances and policy development while ensuring high-quality respiratory care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• (NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• 5+ years clinical supervisory experience in respiratory care including critical care experience
• 5+ years as a clinical manager post initial RRT credentialing in an acute care hospital setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver patient care to all age groups.
• Provide leadership and supervision for supervisors and staff.
• Oversee staffing, financial management and policy development for clinical operations.
