Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts oversees Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa, a 72-room luxury property in western Colorado, directingMaintenance, Landscaping, and Fleet to safeguard guest experiences. You will implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure reliable systems and assets across the resort.

You will recruit and train teams, manage budgets, coordinate with contractors, and support capital projects, safety, and asset protection to uphold the property’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in engineering, facilities, or related operations with supervisory experience.
• Experience leading and developing teams and managing workloads.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire/life-safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Maintenance, Landscaping, and Fleet teams.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for guestrooms, public areas, and assets.
• Schedule and develop team; monitor performance and safety.
• Oversee budgets, vendor management, and capital project inputs.
• Ensure safety compliance and secure assets.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions.
