Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts at Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa in western Colorado seeks a skilled maintenance technician to support electrical, carpentry, plumbing and mechanical tasks, keeping the property safe and inviting.

This full-time, on-site role offers competitive hourly pay ($19–$23), on-demand pay, on-site housing options, and benefits. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, responding to work orders, and coordinating with department leaders to minimize guest disruption.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of power and hand tools, meters, etc. as it relates to the technical trades.
• Current driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Maintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance program.
• Check work orders and night report for problems; perform rounds and note safety concerns.
• Schedule work in coordination with the Rooms Director.
• Perform general maintenance to guestrooms and public areas.
• Assist other engineering personnel as instructed by supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Ensure security of any assigned keys.
