Juniper Ridge Resort is seeking an Activity Director to plan and coordinate the resort's social, recreational, and community programs from initial concept through post-event wrap-up.

The role requires strong organizational and people skills, budget awareness, and the ability to manage multiple events. Seasonal peaks May through Sept demand longer weeks, with workload increasing during busy months.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, schedule, and oversee a full calendar of resort activities and events.
• Coordinate entertainment, concerts, dances, tribute shows, social events, fundraisers, parties, classes, educational programs, and community gatherings.
• Recruit, organize, schedule, and communicate with volunteers and six work campers; ensure adequate coverage for activities.
• Maintain comprehensive activity calendars and coordinate multiple events simultaneously.
• Handle administrative tasks, problem solving, budgeting awareness, and event reconciliation.
