Juniper Ridge Resort in Show Low, AZ is seeking an Activity Director to oversee a busy calendar of resort activities, events, and programming.

You will manage event planning, community activities, food-event coordination, marketing materials, ticketing, and volunteer coordination. The role is highly seasonal with increased hours May through Sept, offering diverse duties and leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, schedule, and oversee a full calendar of resort activities and events.
• Coordinate entertainment, concerts, dances, and community gatherings.
• Coordinate with outside entertainers, vendors, food trucks, and service providers.
• Recruit, organize, schedule, and communicate with volunteers and work campers.
• Maintain an activity calendar and manage multiple events simultaneously.
