Job summary

Raffles Boston is seeking a Residences Manager to serve as the liaison between Residence owners and the hotel team, ensuring compliance with Raffles Residences standards of operations, managing all areas through setting and achieving financial objectives, developing and retaining colleagues, and exceeding ownership and residences expectations.

The role covers all common areas, owner amenities, housekeeping, engineering and valet; leads Homeowner Journey across phases and fosters service

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in residential arena or 5 years in hotel management.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the hotel to ensure smooth operation of the residences.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the residential entity.
• Lead and manage homeowner relationships and respond to alerts within required timelines.
• Oversee residences common areas, owner lounges, housekeeping, engineering and valet.
• Develop and retain colleagues, monitor staffing levels and productivity targets.
