Job summary

Resources Group in the Home Counties is seeking an experienced leader to head the Research Consulting team. You will drive performance, set standards, and shape the strategic direction of high-quality qualitative and quantitative programmes for B2B technology clients.

Based in the UK with hybrid working, you will collaborate with the senior leadership team and commercial colleagues to grow opportunities and develop future leaders within the team.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within a market research agency or consultancy.
• Experience driving performance improvements and developing teams
• Strong consultancy skills - substantial quant expertise and expertise across methodology and insights
• Strong commercial acumen, able to help drive performance in this area
• Experience operating at senior leadership level and contributing to business-wide strategy.
• Experience in BtoB Technology research is highly advantageous

Rare senior opportunity to join a specialist BtoB Technology market research agency situated in the Home Counties (commutable from Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey area.) As the leader of the Research Consulting team, you will be responsible for the performance, development and strategic direction of the team. You will be able to identify areas for improvement and further build on the successes of the team.

Key areas of focus:
